The Greek word for light, “Phos,” signifies illumination in the darkness and an orientation towards something greater.

What if we each became the best and healthiest versions of ourselves?

What if we felt so good, nothing could stop us?

What if we reached our full potential and empowered others to do the same?

This, to me, is what it means to spread light into the world, and my mission is to do just that. My goal is to help others streamline their paths to optimal health and feeling good, so that they can reach their full potential and join me in spreading light into the world.
