3 hour-long FaeTime or Zoom sessions where we go through items and ingredient lists in your kitchen, personal care products, and home care products, respectively. We discuss what to look for, what to avoid, and arm you with knowledge for better shopping decisions!
Hour 1: Kitchen audit (review items in your pantry and fridge)
Hour 2: Personal Care Product audit (review your personal care items like deodorant, oral care, hair care, skincare, makeup, etc.)
Hour 3: Home Environment audit (review your home environment & products like cleaning supplies, laundry, candles, air and water quality, etc.)
This is flexible - you can choose to combine 2 of the above sessions into 1 hour, and use your 3rd hour for any health/wellness topic of your choice.
Note; $1200 covers the cost of the entire program. You can pay all at once or in monthly installments of $200 per month for 6 months.
A systematic approach to chronic disease management.
This program entails 6 modules, each of which covers a different lifestyle factor (such as nutrition, sleep, reducing toxic burden, etc.) that affects your body’s ability to heal.
The program is best completed over a 6-month period (although, it is possible to do on a condensed timeline in 3 months!).
We meet 2x per month for 6 months
The first session of each month is an educational session in which we review that month’s module and action plan.
The second session of each month is a checkin/accountability session to evaluate your progress toward the action plan.
You pay monthly and, as always, can stop at any time!
